About the role

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Associate to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about building business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate current business opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential customers through telephone outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Build strong client relationships and represent the company professional

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi(Mandatory).
- Candidate with Internship experience in sales
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
