Ivyleague CSFORALL Academy Private Limited is hiring Business Development Associates and Senior Business Development Associates for Lancrs Academy Bangla .

Lancrs Academy Bangla works with students and early-career candidates, helping them build practical technology skills and prepare for employment opportunities through structured learning, mentorship and career support.

This is a B2C inside-sales role where you will speak with prospective learners, understand their career requirements, explain the appropriate Lancrs Academy Bangla program, handle objections, conduct follow-ups and work towards successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand each learner's background, requirements and career goals.
- Explain Lancrs Academy Bangla programs, pricing and program structure clearly.
- Counsel interested prospects and help them understand which program may be suitable for them.
- Conduct regular and structured follow-ups with leads.
- Handle questions, concerns and sales objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Work towards individual monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales information in CRM/internal systems.
- Coordinate with academic, operations and other internal teams when required.




- Follow company sales processes and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent Bengali is mandatory.
- Must also be comfortable communicating in Hindi and English when required.
- Prior experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Education Counselling, EdTech Sales or similar customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and listening ability.
- Good objection-handling, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over phone calls regularly.
- Target-oriented and comfortable being evaluated on individual sales performance.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Godrej Waterside, Sector V, Kolkata .
- Candidates from industries outside EdTech are also welcome if they have relevant B2C sales experience.

Compensation Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month , depending on experience, previous performance, interview evaluation and suitability for the position.

Monthly Performance Incentives:

Up to ₹42,500/month , Based on sales completed solely and independently by the employee

Additional Benefits

- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹30,000/year based on exceptional sales performance and applicable targets
- Health Insurance/Reimbursement Benefit: Up to ₹24,000, applicable after completion of 6 months
- Training & Development Allowance: Up to ₹24,000/year, as per company policy
- Year-End Bonus: ₹20,000, subject to applicable company terms

The maximum stated CTC can go up to approximately ₹9.68 LPA , including fixed salary, maximum performance-linked incentives, applicable bonuses and benefits.
