Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Prayagraj. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and generating leads through various channels. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, support the sales process, and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, tracking business development activities,



and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze competitors, customer segments, and industry developments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in solar or renewable energy, basic understanding of sales processes, and proficiency with CRM tools are advantageous.
