- Identify and approach prospective employers in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait across construction, hospitality, facility management, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers, procurement heads, and operations teams at Gulf-based companies.
- Support recruitment operations - sourcing, documentation, medicals, visa coordination, and deployment
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-5 years in overseas recruitment or B2B sales
- familiar with middle-east placement process
- Solid communication skills
- Self-driven, organized, can handle both business and ops without hand-holding
