Agrocops, a sub-unit of HYZ Ventures, is seeking a focused and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle pre-generated client leads who have already shown interest in starting an Agrocops franchise. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with interested clients, explain franchise details, address queries, and convert leads into confirmed franchise bookings / blocking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact pre-qualified client leads provided by the company
- Explain the Agrocops franchise model, investment details, and support structure
- Handle client queries and objections professionally
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed blocking
- Update lead status and conversion details accurately




- Coordinate with the franchise and operations team for further processing
- Ensure timely closure of assigned leads

Requirements & Skills:

- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Ability to close conversions effectively
- Basic understanding of franchise or agri-business models is an advantage
- Target-driven with disciplined follow-up
- Prior telesales / conversion experience preferred

Salary & Benefits: As per company policy + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
