Role Description The Business Development Associate will work in a full time, remote role, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting client acquisition. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach activities.

The role involves preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners, communicating the value of MB Skill Hunt’s training and technology solutions, and following up to convert opportunities into business.



The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, contribute to sales strategies, and support relationship management to ensure long-term engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and the ability to build and manage prospect pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or technology sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
