Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research to understand industry trends, and generate leads through various channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, maintaining strong communication with existing and potential customers, and supporting the development of sales strategies. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Ininti Tech’s products and services,



contribute to proposals, and track business development activities in an organized manner. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and expanding Ininti Tech’s presence in target markets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.
- Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs and translate insights into business opportunities.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services; prior experience in technology or SaaS environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams, and to maintain organized records of business activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a drive to meet and exceed business targets.
