The role

We are looking for a smart, energetic Business Development Associate to help grow EduVerifi from our Kakkanad office.

This is not a routine desk job. You will work directly with the directors of an Australian company, reach out to international clients and institutions, and use modern tools — including AI — in your everyday work. We want someone who thinks logically, connects things quickly, and is genuinely happy to learn.

What you will do

- Run outreach on LinkedIn and email: finding the right people, starting conversations and keeping every follow-up organised and on time.
- Communicate with international clients, institutions and partners in clear, confident English — on email, chat and calls.
- Support meetings and demonstrations: scheduling, preparation, notes and follow-up actions.
- Track leads, conversations and pipeline in an organised way, and keep records clean and current.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, plus LinkedIn and other platforms, as part of daily work.
- Support the directors with coordination, research and business development tasks.
- Take ownership of tasks end to end — track them,



complete them and report back without being chased.

Who we are looking for

- Experience in business development, sales support, client communication or a similar role — or a sharp, driven starter ready to prove themselves.
- Excellent spoken and written English — you can speak well with international clients and write clean, professional messages.
- A logical, smart thinker who connects the dots and solves problems without waiting to be told.
- Confident on LinkedIn and email, and comfortable with technology and AI tools — or quick and eager to learn them.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable — happy to learn current things every week.
- Able to work from our Kakkanad office (this is an on-site role).
