About De Arte Interiors De Arte Interiors is a leading interior design company based in Trivandrum, creating homes and spaces that blend tradition with contemporary elegance. As we continue to grow across Trivandrum and beyond, we're looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Associate to expand our client base and convert design enquiries into signed projects.

Role Overview The Sales & Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, and building solid client relationships from first enquiry through to contract closure — working closely with the design and execution teams to ensure a smooth handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, referrals, site visits, and networking
- Follow up on inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website, social media) and convert them into consultations
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and present De Arte's services
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and scope-of-work documents to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close contracts in coordination with the design and finance teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions in the CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and other referral partners
- Track sales targets and report on pipeline status, conversions, and revenue on a regular basis
- Represent De Arte Interiors at exhibitions, property expos, and networking events
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure client expectations are accurately communicated internally

Requirements
- background in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus
- 0 –2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations interior design, real estate, or construction industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and over calls
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred, for client site visits
- A genuine interest in interiors, design, and home aesthetics is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
