The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Explain company services, processes, and offerings. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Build strong and qualified client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.





Training & Career Growth First Month – Training Period Structured training on company services, sales processes, communication, client handling, and lead conversion. Practical exposure to the Inside Sales process. Post-Training Based on performance, communication skills, and target achievement, successful candidates will be considered for promotion with increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities .

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation abilities. Comfortable with calling and client interaction. Positive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
