What you'll Do

- Support the administration of Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components like Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walkthroughs and remote recovery scenarios.
- Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
- Support strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives.
- Perform other activities as required to support enterprise resilience.

What you need to succeed

- Demonstrable experience in business continuity planning spanning 5-10 years.
- Strong understanding of Financial, Audit, and Information Technology Disaster Recovery concepts.
- Robust understanding of compliance requirements.
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to positively and successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and achieve target dates.
- Self-motivated and productive teammate with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, professional designation (CBCP, MBCI).
- Experience in preparing for and responding to significant multi-site disruptive incidents.

A potential candidates should be able to discuss:

- Hands-on operational/tactical support experience.
- ServiceNow data entry and process execution experience.
- Experience training users while simultaneously helping them complete tasks.
