Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to work directly with the founders in a hands-on business role. The position begins with operational support and evolves into client handling and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations, coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and communications
- Support client communication and vendor coordination
- Conduct basic market research and identify potential clients
- Assist in order tracking and logistics
Growth Path
- Transition into client management and sales
- Develop relationships with forging companies
- Handle negotiations and business development activities
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Interest in business, sales, or industrial trade
Compensation
- Fixed salary
- Performance-based incentives (post training phase)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
