Role: Business Analyst (Trade Finance, Banking, AI/ML, GenAI, LLM)
Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Pune/ Mumbai/ Gurugram (Hybrid)

Skills:
- 8–10 years in business analysis, product analysis, or transformation delivery, with substantial banking experience.
- Robust trade-finance domain knowledge across instruments and processes such as letters of credit, guarantees, collections, trade loans, document handling, and customer servicing.
- Experience delivering digital banking or workflow transformation, APIs/integrations, data requirements, testing, adoption, and operating-model change.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, prompt, RAG, conversational AI, AI-agent concepts, and Responsible AI sufficient to define and validate requirements.
- Experience operating in regulated financial services with Risk, Compliance, AML, sanctions, Legal, Information Security, and audit stakeholders.
