- Conduct business analysis to identify requirements for e-commerce platforms, including web apps and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user stories, create BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
- Develop detailed requirement documents, such as BRD, FRD, and technical specifications for IT projects.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in Business Analysis in the E-Commerce or Retail industry.
- Solid understanding of BA principles, techniques, and methodologies (BRD/FRD).
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Experience in B2C
- Experience in Mobile or Web Apps
