We are looking for a Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Consultant who can understand customer requirements, translate them into technology solutions, and work closely with our sales and implementation teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology companies, preferably with a background in Business Analysis, Implementation, Consulting, or B2B Sales/Pre-Sales.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their business processes, conducting product demonstrations, preparing solution proposals, and working with internal teams to design the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business requirements, workflows, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Work closely with the Sales team during the pre-sales cycle to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technology solutions.
- Prepare solution presentations, proposals, requirement documents, process flows, and other pre-sales materials.
- Participate in discovery calls, requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Work with Product, Technology, and Implementation teams to validate solution feasibility.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and solution documentation where required.




- Understand existing customer processes and recommend opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Support the Sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires.
- Coordinate with implementation teams during handover to ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, sales, product, and technology teams.
- Conduct competitor and market research to strengthen solution positioning.
- Travel for client meetings and presentations when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Analyst in a SaaS/technology company
- Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
- Implementation / Functional Consulting
- B2B SaaS Sales with robust solution-selling exposure
- Product/Business Consulting in an enterprise technology environment

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, enterprise software, IT, or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B/Enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with CXOs, business heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong requirement-gathering and analytical skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into practical technology solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/PowerPoint and documentation tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
- Candidates based in Ahmedabad preferred.



Good to Have

- Experience with AI, automation, workflow management, CLM, ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience in solution consulting or enterprise digital transformation.
- Experience handling enterprise RFPs/RFIs.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or basic technical concepts.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
