- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Business Analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

- Understand client requirements and translate business needs into transparent and actionable product requirements.

- Manage client communication, requirement discussions, and escalations.

- Drive end-to-end business analysis, product implementation, and project delivery.

- Work closely with Product, Technology, QA, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Prepare and review BRD, FRD, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.

- Coordinate UAT, client onboarding, implementation, and go-live activities.

- Review BA deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality,



and delivery timelines.

- Identify product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and business requirements.

- Support the Product team in analyzing and prioritizing product enhancements.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer and product-related issues.

- Establish and improve Business Analysis processes, standards, and best practices.

- Handle multiple clients, projects, and priorities while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
