We are looking for Business Analysts who will be analyzing customers’ challenges & requirements, and configuring our product to solve challenges and deliver on the requirements. Your goal will be to create value for our customers using our product. You will be working with a team of engineers and project managers to plan and deliver the features of our product.

Who We're Seeking:

Tech Savvy: Worked in IT companies focusing on SaaS or product-based solutions. Familiarity with Business Software, Database Management and SQL is preferred.

Retail Know-How: Candidates experienced in retail or a specialization in supply chain management or retail management.

QA/BA Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Business Analysis, especially with ERP systems. (2-3 years preferred, up to 4 years max).





Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities is a key requirement.

HotWax Commerce - Omnichannel Order Management System for retail brands. HotWax Commerce is a B2B SaaS product used by mid & enterprise retailers in the US, UK, and Australia

Responsibilities:

- Conduct client interviews, discover challenges in their business processes, and document the AS-IS business process
- Work with clients to re-engineer the business process and create a TO-BE business process
- Map the TO-BE business process with solutions to our product.
- Configure product to meet client requirements, demo the product to end-users and support user acceptance testing
- Document new requirements in the form of user stories, business requirement documents, and functional requirement documents.
- Work with the development team to plan current features, set the right delivery expectations for clients
- Create a test plan and test cases for new business requirements
- Support project implementation, testing, training, documentation, and delivery. 9. Supports product roadmap planning, enhancements, and upgrades

Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
- Specialization and knowledge of supply chain & retail management are preferred 4. Knowledge of Database management and SQL is preferred.
