About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise projects for a top US multinational corporation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to understand, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into high-impact technology solutions. Your work will directly influence the development of enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-driven solutions that serve thousands to millions of users globally. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while engaging with a diverse and talented team dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. You should have a proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements effectively. Strong proficiency in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications is essential.





Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is required. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are vital for success in this role.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, distributed team environment are also important.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights, and support decision-making processes.




- Assist with change management activities, including process documentation and the development of training materials for end-users.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope requirements.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
