We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Financial Reporting Analyst to support accurate financial reporting, analysis, and control processes. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity and delivering clear, timely insights to support business decisions. Robust expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Build structured trackers, dashboards, and models using Excel
- Analyse trends and explain period-on-period variances
- Ensure accuracy of reported numbers through reconciliations and data validation
- Maintain project-wise financial summaries and monitor policy compliance




- Improve reporting formats and streamline processes through standardisation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close data gaps on time
- Handle sensitive financial information with high integrity and confidentiality

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Statistics, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Excellent attention to detail and structured working style
- Ability to present insights clearly and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and coordination skill
