- Travel with approximately 40 passengers on an AC smart bus during overnight journeys.

- Ensure passengers are comfortable throughout the journey and assist them with their queries.

- Manage spot bookings and ticket sales.

- Promote return journey tickets by explaining discounts and promotional offers.

- Build a good rapport with passengers and provide professional customer service.

- Collect passenger feedback, ratings, and reviews.

- Maintain accurate daily accounts and transaction records.

- Travel long distances overnight for approximately 12–14 hours round trip.

- Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff for smooth operations.

- Assist passengers with travel-related requirements.

- Support a safe and comfortable journey using onboard facilities such as toilets, GPS, and internet access.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger Service

- Assist passengers during boarding and throughout the journey.

- Clarify passenger doubts and provide necessary assistance.

- Ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.

- Maintain professional communication and positive rapport with passengers.

Sales & Customer Engagement





- Handle spot booking and ticket sales.

- Promote return journey tickets using promotional codes and discounts.

- Encourage passengers to book return journeys.

- Collect customer feedback, ratings, and reviews.

- Earn incentives based on ticket sales and customer engagement.

Accounts & Coordination

- Maintain accurate daily accounts.

- Coordinate with the two bus drivers during the journey.

- Coordinate with cleaning staff regarding passenger and bus requirements.

- Ensure smooth communication between passengers and the bus team.

Eligibility

Job Requirements

- Gender: Male

- Age: 19–33 years

- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent, Intermediate, Any Degree, or PG

- Experience: Freshers can apply.

- Relevant experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

Language Skills

- Fluent Tamil is mandatory.

- Basic English required.

Location Requirement

- Candidates staying in or around Velachery within 10–12 km can apply.

Working Hours

- Night shifts starting anytime between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

- Approximately 12–14 hours round-trip duty.

- Example: Login at 10:00 PM and return around 10:00 AM the following morning.

- Example: Starting from Velachery at 8:00 PM and returning around 8:00–9:00 AM the next morning.
