We are hiring experienced professionals for an International BPO Voice Process role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers over the phone, understanding their queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience in an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon location.
Compensation & Advantages
- In-hand Salary: Upto 36,000 per month
- MIV: 2,500
- Both-way Cab Facility provided
