About the Role

We're looking for a driven BTL Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team at Gachibowli. This is a hands-on, on-ground marketing role — perfect for someone who wants to learn brand-building the real way: not from a desk, but from the field.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to execute activations, promotions, and campaigns that put our brand directly in front of consumers. Key Responsibilities

BTL Campaign Execution

- Assist in planning and executing on-ground activities — roadshows, promotions, activations, and brand events
- Coordinate with vendors, dealers, and local partners for smooth execution
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within scope

Market & Ground Intelligence

- Gather on-ground insights — customer feedback, competitor activity, market trends
- Support in identifying new locations/opportunities for brand activations

Coordination & Reporting





- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign logistics
- Track activity performance and prepare simple post-activity reports
- Maintain documentation of activities, expenses, and vendor details

Relationship Building

- Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors, promoters, and local stakeholders
- Represent the brand professionally at all ground-level touchpoints

Preferred Background

Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field

Experience

- Freshers welcome — 0 to 1 year of experience
- Internship experience in marketing, sales, or events is a plus (not mandatory)

Skills Required

- Communication: Confident, transparent verbal communication in English/Telugu/Hindi
- Coordination: Ability to manage multiple moving parts — vendors, timelines, teams
- Adaptability: Comfortable working on ground, in dynamic, fast-changing situations
- Basic Reporting: Comfortable with MS Excel/Word for simple documentation and reporting
