Nynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, caregivers, babysitters, cleaners, and more.

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive to help build Nynii's brand and drive customer awareness, engagement, and acquisition across online and offline channels .

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute brand and marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media content, promotions, and communication.
- Support digital and offline customer acquisition activities.
- Plan community campaigns across residential societies.
- Coordinate with RWAs, local businesses, influencers, and partners.
- Create marketing content, creatives, and campaign briefs.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Track campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
- Test current marketing channels and ideas.
- Work with Sales, Growth, Product, and Operations teams.
- Support events, activations, referral, and promotional campaigns.

? What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Growth, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and creative thinking.
- Understanding of digital and offline marketing.




- Good understanding of social media and customer acquisition.
- Comfortable with Canva, Excel / Google Sheets, and AI tools.
- Strong execution and organisational skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and ownership-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.

Experience in consumer brands, D2C, marketplaces, or startups is a plus.
