Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing branch-level sales activities to drive business growth for FUNDSMART in Talegaon. This full-time, on-site role includes developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue and client acquisition targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The Branch Sales

Manager will oversee a team, assign sales goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to improve productivity. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting suitable financial products and services, maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions, and tracking market trends.



The role also involves preparing sales reports, managing branch operations related to sales, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
