We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented SME Term Loan Sales Executive to generate and manage business loan opportunities from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, documentation, and coordination throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for SME Term Loans / Business Loans through direct sales, references, and market visits.

- Identify and approach SME/business owners requiring business funding.

- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.

- Collect and verify KYC, financial, banking,



and business-related documents.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.

- Follow up with customers until sanction and disbursement.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective SME customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
