Sales Branch Manager

- Lead the branch sales team and drive revenue growth.

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

- Develop local market strategies to increase customer acquisition and business opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local business opportunities.

- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

- Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas for the branch.

- Identify and generate recent customer leads and local business opportunities.

- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities.

- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and branch revenue.





- Organize and participate in local marketing and promotional events.

Team Leadership & Management

- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.

- Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve performance targets.

- Monitor individual and team sales performance.

- Provide regular feedback and support to improve productivity.

- Handle staffing-related issues and manage daily work schedules.
