About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager with a strong background in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, Study Abroad, PR and Overseas Services to lead our branch operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for branch revenue, sales growth, team management, client conversion, service quality and overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of branch sales, revenue and operational performance.
- Lead, motivate and manage Visa Counsellors, Sales Executives, Telecallers and Filing/Processing Teams.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
- Handle important clients personally and support the team in high-value conversions and complex cases.
- Ensure proper counselling and accurate information is provided regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits, PR pathways and immigration programs.
- Develop strong knowledge of major destinations including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Europe and other immigration markets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, counselling quality, conversion ratios and pending cases.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and sales training.
- Identify weak-performing employees and implement corrective action and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure proper coordination between Sales, Counselling, Documentation, Filing and Management Teams.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, client communication, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Build referral networks and explore local business opportunities to generate new leads.
- Prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly branch performance, sales pipeline and revenue forecasts to senior management.




- Take ownership of client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a disciplined, ethical and target-driven branch environment.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has:

- 4–8 years of experience in Immigration / Visa Consultancy / Study Abroad / Overseas Education, preferably with managerial or team-leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of immigration and visa processes.
- Excellent knowledge of client counselling, sales conversion and objection handling.
- Experience managing and developing a sales/counselling team.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong commercial understanding with a business owner mindset.
- Professional personality with excellent client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage branch operations and take responsibility for outcomes.
