Job Title: Branch Manager Branch Banking (CASA & Liabilities)

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch business by achieving CASA, liabilities, and revenue targets.

- Acquire NTB customers and deepen existing customer relationships.

- Grow the liabilities portfolio through Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, and cross-selling of banking products.

- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business and service goals.

- Ensure smooth branch operations, regulatory compliance, and high customer service standards.

- Generate business through branch referrals, local market activities, corporate tie-ups, and channel partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 6–10 years in Branch Banking, CASA, Liabilities, or Retail Banking.

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

- Skills: Team handling, CASA acquisition, portfolio management, branch operations, compliance, and robust relationship management.
