Role Description The Branch Head role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Kochi branch.

The Branch

Head will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including managing counselling services, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guidance to students and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include driving branch performance, implementing business strategies, monitoring targets, and reporting on branch outcomes to senior management. The role involves coordinating admissions and visa support activities, maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions,



and upholding compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Head will also handle local marketing initiatives, represent the branch at events, and create a positive, inclusive environment that supports clients and team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to supervise branch staff and drive performance.
- Candidates should possess operational and organizational skills, including branch administration, process monitoring, and workflow coordination.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including client counselling, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess business development and marketing skills, such as local market awareness, relationship building, and promotional activity coordination.
- Candidates should possess analytical and decision-making abilities, including data-driven planning, target setting, and problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in overseas education, international admissions, or healthcare career consultancy is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, education, healthcare, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or counselling management tools is desirable, along with the ability to work flexible schedule when needed.
