We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Branch Head and Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for [main impact of the role, e.g., driving business growth, managing key accounts, optimizing operational workflows, or leading a team].

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet department targets and business goals.

Process Management: Streamline daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Client / Stakeholder Handling: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, addressing escalations promptly.

Must possess sound knowledge of financial markets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
