Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the performance of the assigned team.

- Handle daily operations and ensure achievement of team targets.

- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

- Conduct team huddles and provide coaching and feedback.

- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process operations.

- Motivate team members and maintain discipline and productivity.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a BPO Team Lead.

- Mandatory experience in a BPO Sales Process.

- Robust communication and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of sales and operational processes.

- Ability to manage targets and team performance.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
