Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused BPO Executives with prior experience handling customers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to BFSI products and services.
- Assist customers with queries related to banking, financial services, insurance, accounts, transactions, policies, loans, or other relevant services.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow company processes, compliance requirements, and data confidentiality guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet defined targets related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and adherence.

Professional Experience

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in BPO/Customer Service,



preferably supporting BFSI customers.Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Sector 63, Noida.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Prior experience in a BPO/Customer Service role handling BFSI customers is mandatory.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Loans, Credit Cards, or related processes will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
