We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Booking Consultant to join ICG Medical and support our healthcare staffing operations across the Australian market.

This isn't just about making calls.

It's about building relationships, solving staffing needs and making sure the right healthcare professionals are where they’re needed.

?WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

?Build Relationships

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

•Understand client staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.

•Regularly connect with clients to understand their current and future staffing needs.

?Own Daily Bookings

•Connect with candidates and clients to book day-to-day nursing shifts.

•Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the booking process.

•Coordinate effectively between candidates, clients and internal teams.

?Drive Results

•Take ownership of daily hours-booked targets.

•Achieve call-volume and other business KPIs.

•Contribute to sales performance, revenue growth and team goals.

•Follow ICG Medical's processes and systems effectively.

•Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.





•Identify opportunities to improve the booking and customer experience.

?WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️Graduate in any discipline

✔️1+ year of International Voice Process, International Customer Service or International Sales experience

✔️Comfortable with Target oriented work culture

✔️Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔️Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities

✔️Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs

✔️Confident communicating with international clients and candidates

✔️Comfortable working Australian / early morning hours

✔️Adaptable, proactive and willing to learn

✔️Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
