Role & responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of biomedical/medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and electrical/mechanical issues in medical equipment.

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per company SOPs.

- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.

- Maintain accurate service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with customers regarding equipment performance and technical issues.

- Provide product demonstrations and basic user training to hospital staff when required.

- Coordinate with the internal technical and service team for spare parts and repairs.

- Ensure proper handling, testing, and calibration of equipment.

- Follow company safety, quality, and service procedures.

- Travel to customer locations across Delhi NCR and other areas as required.
