About MedMarvel
MedMarvel Software Solutions is a MedTech company focused on transforming diagnosis and treatment across neurological care through advanced neuroimaging and big data analytics. Our flagship platform, MedVirtuoso®, is a cloud-based, "Made in India" solution that automates complex neuroimaging analysis to help identify the precise source and location of neurological conditions, supporting accurate treatment and surgical planning. By making advanced diagnostic tools accessible and affordable, MedMarvel helps clinicians across the neuro care spectrum reach faster, more confident decisions — reducing misdiagnosis and improving outcomes for patients.
About the Role
We're looking for a Biomedical Engineer to join our R&D; team, working at the intersection of neuroimaging and clinical application. You'll process real patient scans through our analytics pipelines, and build the skill of translating quantitative imaging results into clinical biomarkers that align with real patient findings. As our platform grows to cover new clinical use cases, you'll also contribute to building and refining the analytics capabilities behind it — working with real data on problems that directly shape treatment and surgical decisions, not theoretical exercises.
What You'll Work On
- Process and analyze neuroimaging data through our analytics pipelines, working directly with real patient scans
- Learn to correlate quantitative pipeline outputs — structural measurements, connectivity metrics,
and related imaging-derived values — with clinical biomarkers relevant to treatment and surgical decision-making
- Support quality checks and validation of analytics output against expected clinical and anatomical findings, learning to recognize when a result looks right or warrants a second review
- Help build new analytics capabilities and features as the platform grows into new clinical use cases
- Explore and evaluate new methods or tools that could be integrated into the platform
- Maintain meticulous documentation of findings and observations for process transparency across the team
Skills and Abilities
- A biomedical engineer with interest in neuroimaging, knowledge of neuroanatomy, and hands-on experience with neuroimaging analytics and its tools
- Working knowledge of Python; willingness to learn tools such as MATLAB, FreeSurfer, MRtrix, and ANTs on the job
- Basic understanding of MRI physics and imaging fundamentals
- Ability to learn and translate technical/quantitative findings into terms relevant to clinical decision-making
- Self-motivated, comfortable working hands-on in a research-focused, fast-paced setting
- Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication
Experience Required: 0–2 years Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Neuroscience, Biotechnology, or a related field
What You'll Gain
Direct, hands-on exposure to real clinical neuroimaging data and the chance to build a genuinely rare skill — translating quantitative analytics into clinical meaning. You'll see firsthand how your work feeds into real treatment and surgical decisions, not just theoretical analysis.
