Role Description The Bioanalytical Monitor will work on-site in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, overseeing bioanalytical activities to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring bioanalytical method validation and sample analysis, reviewing raw data and reports, and ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines such as GLP and GCP. The role involves coordinating with laboratory teams, project managers, and quality assurance to address deviations, implement corrective actions, and maintain high-quality standards across projects.

Monitor will also support audits and inspections, prepare documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of bioanalytical processes and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong bioanalytical and laboratory skills, including familiarity with chromatographic techniques (e.g., HPLC/LC-MS/MS) and sample preparation procedures.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, including GLP/GCP, US FDA, EU GMP, and other relevant international guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in data review and documentation, including analysis of raw data, report writing, and maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Vadodara, maintain attention to detail, follow established procedures, and uphold ethical and scientific standards.
- Prior experience in a bioanalytical laboratory, clinical research, or pharmaceutical quality function is highly beneficial.
