Purpose of Job To manage and support BIN Sponsorship operations, transaction processing, compliance monitoring, settlement management, and stakeholder coordination for sponsored fintech's, payment aggregators, and card program partners. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, card networks, regulators, sponsor partners, and clients to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee daily card transaction processing and reconciliation.

- Monitor settlement files, chargebacks, disputes, and exception management.

- Ensure timely resolution of transaction and settlement discrepancies.

- Coordinate with finance and treasury teams for settlement funding and reconciliations.

- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, card scheme rules, AML/KYC requirements, and internal policies.

- Monitor sponsored entities for operational and compliance risks.

- Support internal and external audits related to BIN Sponsorship programs.

- Maintain required documentation and regulatory reporting.





- Act as a single point of contact for sponsored partners and internal stakeholders.

- Liaise with card networks, processors, technology teams, compliance, risk, and business units.

- Conduct periodic reviews with partners and manage escalation handling.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.

- Track transaction volumes, settlement health, fraud trends, and service levels.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and controls.

Experience

- 4-8 years of experience in Banking Operations, Cards Operations, Payments, Acquiring, Issuing, or BIN Sponsorship.

- Solid understanding of card payment ecosystems and settlement processes.

- Experience working with Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, NPCI, or fintech partnerships is preferred.

Qualification

- MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
