About the Role

We are seeking a high-integrity, technically sound BIM Operations Manager to act as a Founder's Associate and run our primary delivery center in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will take full ownership of local office operations, elevate technical standards, and work directly with the Founder on strategic delivery execution.

This role is tailored for a seasoned BIM professional who wants to move beyond standard project management into complete operational leadership, backed by profit-sharing incentives and path to partnership potential.

1. Lead day-to-day office operations, resource planning, and maintain a high-performance small team culture.

2. Manage BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models.

3. Provide guidance to BIM modelers on Revit MEP, Architecture, Scan to BIM,



and Structural 3D environment with model from base to LOD 500 or equivalent.

4. Troubleshoot any BIM related issues.

5. Training or upskilling colleagues in specific software programs

6. Interface directly with international clients for technical reviews and project updates.

7. Drive recruitment, technical interviewing, onboarding, and continuous team upskilling.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10-12+ years of AEC/BIM experience, with 4+ years in a team leadership or manager role.

- Expert-level knowledge of Revit, ACC (BIM 360), and BIM workflows.

- Strong domain experience in MEP, Architectural, Structural, and Scan-to-BIM projects.

- High operational maturity, integrity, and robust written/verbal communication skills for global client management.

- Ambition to take real ownership of an offshore branch with long-term partnership goals.
