Role Description The BIM Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accurate, coordinated, and up-to-date project documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include producing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and collaborating with design, engineering, and construction teams to maintain consistency across project deliverables. The BIM Architect will support project planning and execution by identifying design conflicts early, optimizing workflows,



and ensuring that models comply with project standards and regulations. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality, buildable designs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture knowledge with experience in architectural design principles and building systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, such as Revit or similar BIM platforms.
- Candidates should possess experience preparing and managing Submittals, including technical documentation and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; advanced qualifications or professional licensure are an advantage.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or institutional projects, preferably in a BIM-centric environment.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and ability to interpret and apply building codes and standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and familiarity with clash detection and model coordination.
