Position Title: Architect - BIM

Team: AIBIM team

Location: New Delhi / Bengaluru / Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Project Focus: Vancouver / North America

About Us

At M Moser, we design, engineer and deliver workplace environments that bring out the best in people. Their health, happiness and ability to do great work enables organisations to nimbly transform in an ever-challenging world. Since 1981, we have built a reputation for putting people at the centre of everything we do. We stay at the forefront of what drives performance, sharing our research, growing our reach and building current capabilities to meet the needs of our clients.

Role Overview The Architect - BIM will contribute directly to the delivery of live workplace and interior projects through hands-on Revit production, BIM coordination and technical documentation. This is a delivery-focused role for an architect who can understand project requirements quickly, translate design and consultant inputs into coordinated Revit outputs, and work effectively with the Vancouver and wider North American project teams.

The successful candidate should be comfortable owning assigned tasks with reasonable guidance, maintaining model and documentation quality, meeting project timelines, and proactively flagging missing information or coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Technical Documentation

- Develop and update coordinated Revit models, drawings, schedules and details for live workplace and interior projects.
- Translate design intent, consultant backgrounds, project inputs and markups into accurate, coordinated Revit deliverables.
- Interpret comments and markups using Bluebeam Revu / Adobe PDF and incorporate revisions accurately into project documentation.
- Support spatial planning and interior documentation while ensuring outputs align with project standards, scope and programme.

BIM & Coordination

- Set up and maintain Revit models in accordance with project BIM requirements, including model organisation, views, sheets and documentation standards.
- Coordinate architectural and interior information with MEP and other consultant inputs to identify clashes, inconsistencies and missing information.
- Use collaboration and review platforms such as ACC, Trimble Connect, Navisworks and Bluebeam as required for model coordination, issue tracking and reviews.
- Maintain model accuracy, data hygiene and drawing consistency through regular self-checks and project QA/QC processes.

Ownership & Project Collaboration

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and defined scopes from input through coordinated deliverable, seeking guidance where needed rather than relying on step-by-step direction.
- Communicate progress, dependencies and risks clearly with Project Architects, Engineers, the Vancouver team and AIBIM colleagues.
- Proactively flag coordination gaps, unclear inputs, potential rework or delivery risks early.
- Respond constructively to review comments and manage revisions within agreed timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Experience:

- 4+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior project delivery, with experience producing coordinated Revit documentation on live projects.
- Workplace and interior project experience is preferred.
- North American project exposure and familiarity with North American documentation standards are an advantage.

Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including model setup, documentation,

schedules, detailing and coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, model standards, multidisciplinary coordination and project delivery processes.
- Ability to interpret Bluebeam Revu / Adobe PDF markups, consultant backgrounds and project inputs accurately.
- Sound understanding of construction documentation and interior architectural detailing.
- Familiarity with ACC, Navisworks, Trimble Connect and Bluebeam is beneficial. Working knowledge of SketchUp is expected; Enscape/Lumion is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

- Ability to grasp project requirements quickly and work independently on assigned tasks with reasonable guidance.
- Strong ownership, communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with confidence to raise coordination issues and risks early.
- Structured approach to managing priorities, feedback and deadlines.

Why Join Us?
- Contribute directly to live global workplace projects with meaningful delivery responsibility.
- Collaborate with Vancouver and other global teams in an integrated Design & Build environment.
- Work with advanced BIM/VDC workflows and modern collaboration tools.
- Build deeper expertise through project exposure, focused knowledge sharing and global collaboration.
