Role Description: The BIM Architect/Coordinator/Modeler is a full time, on site role based in the Pune Division.

Responsibilities include developing and managing BIM models, preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings, and coordinating model information across disciplines. The role involves supporting project teams throughout all design stages, assisting in the preparation of submittals, and ensuring adherence to applicable standards and codes. The BIM professional will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants, maintain documentation accuracy,



and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices.

Experience:

2-15 yrs

Qualifications:

- Solid foundation in Architecture, with the ability to interpret and develop detailed Architectural Drawings.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related project documentation.
- Experience preparing and organizing Submittals and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Relevant software proficiency (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar BIM tools).
- Understanding of local and international building codes, standards, and AEC industry practices.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in BIM focused roles is an advantage.
