Role Description The BIM Architect role at ELAN GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing detailed architectural models and drawings using BIM tools, ensuring design accuracy and consistency across all project phases. Daily tasks include coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams, preparing and reviewing construction drawings and submittals, and integrating updates into BIM models to reflect design changes and site conditions.

The role involves supporting project documentation, maintaining BIM standards and workflows,



and contributing to design reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements. The BIM Architect will also assist in resolving technical issues, optimizing model performance, and helping to deliver projects within agreed timelines and specifications.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, including conceptual design and spatial planning skills.
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and coordinated documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
- Experience working with Submittals, technical specifications, and construction-related documentation processes.
- Advanced skills in BIM and design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks or similar tools is an advantage).
- Understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices relevant to commercial and residential real estate projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in large-scale or luxury real estate projects is beneficial.
