Role Description The BIM Architect will work on-site in Faridabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project teams to develop and manage BIM models for HVAC and building systems. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, coordinating BIM data across disciplines, and ensuring that models align with project specifications and standards.

The role involves preparing and managing submittals, supporting clash detection and design coordination, and updating models throughout the project lifecycle.



The BIM Architect will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to maintain accurate documentation, optimize design efficiency, and support timely project delivery. The position also requires adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements while contributing to process improvements in BIM workflows.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture and ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and documentation.
- Experience producing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
- Ability to prepare, manage, and track Submittals in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent).
- Relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a project-based environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Experience in HVAC or MEP coordination within BIM projects is an advantage.
