Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BIM implementation strategy for the organization, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve successful adoption of BIM processes.
- Provide BIM training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively with BIM tools and processes.
- Utilize BIM data to analyze project performance,
identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for better decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with clients and other external stakeholders to communicate the perks of BIM and demonstrate the added value it brings to projects.
- End-to-end project coordination.
- Maintain relationships with clients and manage a small sales team to add more clients.
Qualifications
- B.tech/Diploma in Electrical Stream
- Proven track record of success in BIM Engineer roles.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
