House of D’Anshé is a contemporary Indian fashion brand specialising in premium occasion wear, modern Indian silhouettes, and detailed craftsmanship.

We are looking for a Billing Executive / Cashier to join our new retail store and handle billing, payments, and daily transaction records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle billing and invoicing for all customer purchases.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
- Ensure all bills are generated accurately.
- Handle advance payments and maintain proper records.
- Process billing for alterations, orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policy.
- Maintain daily billing and payment records.
- Reconcile cash, UPI, and card transactions at the end of the day.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and Sales Executives regarding customer billing and order requirements.
- Assist customers with queries related to bills, payments, and invoices.
- Maintain proper records of cancelled bills, refunds, discounts, and adjustments.
- Ensure all billing-related documents are properly maintained.
- Handle customer information and payment details with confidentiality.




- Assist the store team with basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Billing Executive, Cashier, or in a similar retail role is preferred.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, boutique, premium retail, or designer wear will be an advantage.
- Experience with POS / billing software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is accurate, trustworthy, organised, and comfortable handling customer transactions and payments.

The candidate should be able to work efficiently during busy store hours while maintaining complete accuracy in billing and payment records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
