Job Summary

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with experience in the
- logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing customer
- invoices, verifying billing data, coordinating with operations and accounts teams, and ensuring
- timely and accurate billing as per agreed commercial terms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices based on logistics services provided.
- Verify billing details against delivery challans, PODs, trip sheets, transport

documents, and service records.
- Handle billing for transportation and other logistics-related services.
- Ensure billing is done accurately as per customer contracts, rate cards, agreed tariffs,

and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the Multiple Team to collect and verify required billing documents.
- Reconcile billing data with operational records and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and billing adjustments wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, supporting documents, and billing reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team regarding outstanding invoices and

customer queries.
- Respond to customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the

concerned teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices through email, customer portals, or other

designated platforms.
- Assist in GST and statutory billing requirements, including checking applicable GST

rates and invoice details.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer information.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of logistics billing and invoicing processes.
- Experience with transportation billing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and

basic formulas.
- Working knowledge of Tally accounting or billing software.
- Understanding of GST and basic accounting principles.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple billing activities.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing in the Logistics or Transportation industry.
- Candidates with experience handling B2B logistics billing will be preferred.
- Experience with multiple customers, rate cards, POD-based billing, and monthly billing

cycles will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
- Timely completion of monthly billing.
- Reduction in billing errors and discrepancies.
- Timely follow-up for pending PODs/documents.
- Proper maintenance of billing records.
- Timely resolution of customer billing queries.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have practical experience in logistics billing, be comfortable working with operational and financial data, and have strong attention to detail. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the billing cycle while coordinating effectively with Operations, Accounts, and customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
