Key Responsibilities

- Perform periodic maintenance and general servicing of two-wheelers.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, engine, electrical, and other technical issues.

- Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty parts as per manufacturer guidelines.

- Conduct vehicle inspection and identify required repairs and maintenance.

- Complete all assigned repair orders within the stipulated time.

- Ensure quality of work and conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.

- Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment properly and safely.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle complaints and repair requirements.

- Inform the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor about additional repairs or spare parts required.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work bay, tools, and equipment.

- Follow all company safety standards and workshop procedures.

- Avoid wastage and ensure proper usage of spare parts and consumables.

- Attend technical training programs and stay updated on recent models and technologies.

- Support other technicians and team members whenever required.

- Ensure timely completion of vehicles and contribute to overall workshop productivity.
