We are looking for a creative, energetic and entrepreneurial Copywriter who doesn’t just want to write content, but wants to help build a brand from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, quick-thinking and excited by the opportunity to experiment, challenge conventional thinking and create communication that people remember.

The Role:

As a Bilingual Copywriter – English & Hindi, you will be responsible for developing creative communication across digital and social platforms.

You should be equally comfortable writing in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and understand how language, culture and emotion influence students and parents.

From a sharp social media headline to a powerful campaign idea, from a short-form video script to a larger brand campaign — you will play an important role in shaping the voice and personality of Shiksha Nation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, taglines, headlines and copy across platforms.
- Write compelling content in English, Hindi and Hinglish, depending on the audience and communication objective.
- Create scripts for Reels, short-form videos, YouTube content and digital campaigns.
- Develop social media copy that is relevant, engaging and culturally connected.
- Work closely with the marketing, design and video teams to turn ideas into impactful creatives.
- Understand the mindset of students, parents and young audiences and translate insights into communication.
- Contribute ideas for brand-building campaigns and not just executional content.
- Maintain consistency in Shiksha Nation’s tone of voice, personality and brand identity.
- Continuously monitor trends, conversations, youth culture and digital content formats to identify opportunities.
- Experiment with new formats, hooks, storytelling styles and creative approaches.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and delivery.

What We’re Looking For





- 3-4 years of experience in copywriting, creative content, advertising, digital marketing or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi, with the ability to switch naturally between the two.
- Strong understanding of Hinglish and contemporary Indian digital culture.
- A sharp creative mind with the ability to come up with ideas quickly.
- Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
- Someone who can write short, punchy copy as well as long-form content when required.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital-first communication.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with limited hand-holding.
- Ability to take feedback positively and continuously improve the work.
- A strong sense of ownership and urgency.
