Job Summary-

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidding Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online bidding, lead generation, proposal creation, client communication, and business development for IT/software services.

Key Responsibilities-

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Search and analyze relevant projects based on the company's technical capabilities and service offerings.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Communicate with prospective clients through chat, email, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare appropriate solutions and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective clients.
- Negotiate project requirements, pricing, timelines, and terms with clients.
- Maintain and update records of bids, leads, proposals, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly bidding and lead-generation targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills-




- 1–3 years of experience in IT bidding / online bidding / business development.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, web development, mobile app development, software development, or digital solutions.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into effective proposals.
- Strong research, follow-up, and lead-generation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an IT/software development company.
- Existing knowledge of international client acquisition and overseas markets.
- Experience in handling leads from initial contact through conversion.
- Candidates with proven bidding/conversion records will be preferred.
