Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bidder to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Research potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding, estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain bid records, lead pipelines, and regular follow-ups.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in IT bidding/business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of web, mobile, and software development services.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
